What if the Product is Defective?

We recommend installing and testing your product right away so that you can return it within the 15-day period. Any electrical product such as A/C units, Water Heaters, Water Pumps, Furnaces, Converters, and Inverters must be installed by a licensed professional to be refunded for defective reasons. Proof of professional installation will be required. In the past we have had a number of customers install electrical products incorrectly and therefore shorting out the unit and resulting in a returned product in which the damage was directly caused by the customer. It is recommended to have a professional install electrical products for this very reason. At times our product may be damaged during the shipping process.
